Bookbinding Workshop – Two-Needle Coptic

Model Coptic binding created in 2003 by “Ratbasket”
We will make a quick model to learn the sewing pattern, then make a finished book.
You will need to pick up boards ahead of time at the Center for the Book and bring to class covered in whatever
material you want.

Skill level: Basic binding skills
Materials and tools:
 Materials provided.
Basic tools provided; participants may want to bring their own cutting mats, cutters, rulers with metal edges, and bone folders, but this is not necessary.
